Come celebrate 75 years of aviation in Cook County with a pancake breakfast ($10 for adults, $6 for kids), awards, history, static aircraft displays including antique airplanes.
Recognition of Clarence Krotz who built the old Devil Track airport dedicated in 1948 and the Founders of the new CKC airport that was dedicated in 1993 will be part of a short ceremony at 10:00.
There will be a Historical Cook County booth and a hopeful display by USFS of fire suppression aircraft.
Come help celebrate and enjoy the fall colors as you fly up the North Shore of Lake Superior.
